Aron & Associates Inc . is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor firm located in South Florida . We have completed many major projects, not only within the State of Florida , but throughout the Caribbean such as the Cayman Islands .

Formed in 2002, with a combined staff experience of over 60 years in the construction field, our scope of services is hardly limited. We can assist you in many different areas of construction from full conceptual designs, to renovations, remodels, restorations, new construction, tenant improvements, build outs, and construction management, to just name a few.

Behind the helm of Aron & Associates, is myself, the founder, Kurt Aron. With a BA in Economics from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts with concentration in Building Construction from the University of Florida , I understand the ‘economics of construction’. Having begun my career in 1987 with one of Levitt homes retirement communities, onto Home Building and administrative work with Lennar homes, I went on to acquiring my General Contractor license in 1997 after working for other General Contracting companies and forming one of my first companies Aron Development. Now, as Aron & Associates, I not only concentrate on General Contracting, but also perform as a subcontractor within such fields as Framing, Drywall, Stucco, EIFS, Acoustical Ceilings, Insulation, Carpentry, Painting and many others.

One of our key staff is our Vice President of Operations, Tom Peden. Tom’s ability to advise our clients and the design teams during the pre-construction phases tends to bring the ‘best value’ to the project. Tom’s Structural Engineering background has become one of our key strengths, par none. We all know that the construction field tends to have its share of conflicts. This is where Mr. Peden shines; his problem solving abilities have helped us to avoid those unwanted delays, which in turn save the customer’s money.

It's not just because we do the basics of contracting well; managing project costs, building with high quality, and meeting schedules, it's our people and they’re execution throughout the project. The journey is as important as the destination. We build ‘proactive’ not ‘reactive’. The real difference between service firms depends more on the individuals then the firms that employ them. Since our future is today's performance, we hire only top notch, experienced individuals who can meet the high expectations of our clients. We hear the word " professional" used on a regular basis to describe the manner in which our employees conduct their business as ambassadors for Aron & Associates.
